Order and Pay for SEPTEMBER Student Breakfasts & Lunches using the Order Form and Payment portal attached to this post.

ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS:
1 - You will need to select either a "menu item" or "none" for every Breakfast and Lunch offered.
2 - Once you have selected all of the meals you want to order, add up the number of Breakfasts and/or the number of Lunches.
3 - If you PURCHASE your students' meals: enter the total number of Breakfasts to PURCHASE and the total number of Lunches to PURCHASE when asked. If your student(s) is approved for FREE & REDUCED PRICE MEALS: enter the total number of REDUCED Breakfasts ($0.30 ea) and the total number of FREE Lunches when asked.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
To PAY for the meals you want to PURCHASE, enter the total number of Breakfasts/Lunches/Milks in the PAYMENT section and enter your payment information.
*Free Lunches are not accounted for in the Payment section. If you are only ordering FREE Lunches, skip this section. We will see the lunch count and selections in the Order Form.
