Dear Kindergarten Parents:

Our Cross E Ranch trip is coming up soon, and while student costs are covered, we’ve learned there’s an $8 fee for each parent chaperone. 
To help cover these additional costs, we’re asking for an optional $8 donation per chaperone.

These donations will let us bring the parent volunteers we need to make the trip safe, fun, and well supervised for every student. 
If you can, would you please consider donating $8 to help cover chaperone costs, whether or not you're able to chaperone for this field trip?
